In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the K-POP Museum informs the Privacy Policy below to protect the personal information of subjects of information and handle related duties.
The K-POP Museum handles personal information for the following purposes. The personal information handled is not used for any other purposes. If the purposes of use are changed, the Museum will take necessary measures to obtain separate consent according to Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
② The purposes of handling personal information files registered and disclosed in accordance with Article 32 of the Personal Information Protection Act are as follows.

① The K-POP Museum shall only handle personal information of subjects of information within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purposes of Personal Information).
② Personal information is only provided to a third party if the case falls under Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act, including the consent of the subject of information and special regulations in the laws.
Consignment of personal information
When the Museum consigns the handling of personal information to a public institution or another professional institution, the Museum decides limitations and procedures necessary according to Article 26 (Limitation to Personal Information Processing Subsequent to Outsourcing of Work) of the Personal Information Protection Act, ensures that the consigned institution abides by them, and implements inspection on the status. Personal information consigned by the K-POP Museum based on the Act above and other individual laws is as follows.

① If personal information becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of the retention period or accomplishment of the purposes, the K-POP Museum destroys the personal information immediately.
② If the personal information must be preserved according to other laws after the expiration of the retention period or accomplishment of the purposes agreed by the subject of information, the corresponding personal information (or personal information file) is transferred to a separate database (DB) or relocated to a different storage place.
